Jai Shri Kedar
Jai Shri Kedar" Means "Glory To Lord Kedarnath." This Greeting Is Used To Honor Kedarnath, A Major Form Of Lord Shiva. Kedarnath is a holy religious place and is situated in the lap of Himalayas. It is located in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand state and is situated at an altitude of about 3,583 meters (11,755 ft) above sea level. Kedarnath is especially important for Shiva devotees and is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva.
This is the site of the stone-built Kedarnath temple, which is thought to date back to the Mahabharata era. The temple's splendor is further enhanced by the snow-covered hills surrounding it and the mountain of Kedarnath behind it.
